New York State only: LSI charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Website based on the applicable state sales tax rate. Some products are non-taxable as they meet the requirements of capital improvement to real property. (A "Certificate of Capital Improvement" Form ST-124 would be completed and submitted to LSI)
Once your order is submitted to us, we cannot change or cancel an order until your merchandise is received by you. All sales are final. All returns of merchandise are subject to LSI return policy, available under Returns/Cancellations.

For WHOLLY WATER ® Drinking Water Appliance:
If you suspect your water pressure is over 60 psi, LSI has water
pressure regulators. You are responsible for purchasing a water
pressure regulator if your water pressure exceeds 60 psi. Please
note that on public water supply, water pressure may go up very
high at night. Failure to install regulator will void warranty,
therefore, owner assumes all risks. Also, a water pressure exceeding
60 psi may adversely affect performance of Appliance.
WHOLLY WATER ® The Ultimate Drinking Water Appliance is designed to meet or exceed the Safe Drinking Water Act standard for municipal water supply. Some well water will need a lab analysis to determine proper treatment. Please email or call 1-800-76-WATER for expert advice. (see
