Returns Process



For All Returned Merchandise:

All claims and returned goods must be pre-authorized with RMA# and accompanied by the sales receipt or invoice. Shipping costs and mailing insurance for return of non-defective merchandise shall be borne by the purchaser. Mailing insurance is required. All returned goods are shipped at customer's risk and claims for damages must be filed against shipping carrier by customer. Refunds do not include shipping fee & handling fee on each transaction. Item(s) be returned in a "like new" & resellable condition. If not, a partial refund will be issued based on their condition. Some items are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Some products are not refundable (see below). Custom & non-stock items (3rd party drop shipped items) are not refundable. A Company Check is issued for the refund within 2 weeks of return. (Note: For most products, sales are final. For those that are final with warranty exceptions noted, there will be a 25% restocking fee.)

If a free gift was received with that same order, our current Web site cost of the free gift will be deducted from the refund for that product. Free gifts are given with customers' intent of keeping the product.

All water filter-type equipment (except "WHOLLY WATER ® The Ultimate Drinking Water Appliance" ) may not be returned once it is wet and/or in a used condition. See warranty for water filters & softener warranties. Defects are covered under the manufacturer's warranty. WHOLLY WATER ® The Ultimate Drinking Water Appliance has a 90-day satisfaction guarantee: If you are not satisfied with the performance of the "Appliance," you may return it within the 90-day period since purchase date. Please call or email us first for RMA # to put on the package for authorization & identification. Mailing insurance required on all returns. Refunds do not include shipping fee & handling fee on each transaction. Adjustments on any refund will be made for any damages caused by negligence of buyer. If "Appliance" or any part of it is defective, we will be glad to replace or repair it under the warranty.

MAGNETIZER ® Products: Magnets for industrial or commercial use are not returnable for a refund. Water Pipe & fuel/oil line (clamp-on type) for residential use and engine magnetizers all have a 90-day satisfaction guarantee. Units must be used for 90 days in order to have time to clean lines etc. and stabilize conditions. Then if not satisfied, return them within the next 30 days (after 90-day period) for a refund. Refunds do not include shipping fee & handling fee on each transaction. There will be a 25% restocking fee. Product must be in a "like new", resellable, & clean condition. If not, a partial refund will be issued based on their condition or damage.

Please note: Flav-O-Rings, biomagnets, water jar magnets, books, stabilized oxygen (MSO), wellness kits, and pain relief kits, The Ultimate Supplement (HGH) & Circulation Enzymes do not have a satisfaction guarantee and are not returnable for a refund.

WARRANTY: All Magnetizer ® products have a lifetime power warranty. Should they lose the magnetic power, they will be replaced FREE. Customer bears all shipping & mailing insurance costs for replacement.

Return of Non-defective Items:
Returned merchandise must have a returned merchandise authorization number (RMA#) on the outside of the shipping container. Authorized returns must be issued an RMA number within 15 days from the date of buyer's receipt of merchandise. Shipment of authorized merchandise must occur within 7 days of issuance of RMA number. Return of non-defective goods must be in their original shipping container, all packaging unopened and in "like new" & resellable condition. If not, a partial refund will be issued based on their condition. A 25% restocking fee, and all shipping fees & handling fees will be deducted from any credit due on all returned merchandise unless other arrangements have been made with LSI. Adjustments on any refund, if applicable, will be made for any damages caused by negligence of buyer.

Refunds:
Refund will be a company check from Life Streams International Mfg. Co.

Shipping costs will be refunded only if the wrong item was shipped.
If customer returns a product and a free gift was received with that same order, the cost of the free gift will be deducted from the refund for that product. Free gifts are given with customers' intent of keeping the product.


Cancellations Process



We strongly recommend customers to review orders carefully. After the shipment has been prepared, we cannot cancel your order regardless. For all late cancellations, all items will be considered as non-defected return items. Therefore, we encourage customers to make orders responsibly. However, order may be cancelled if they have not been prepared. Please CALL US AT 1-800-76-WATER to cancel your order. PLEASE DO NOT SEND CANCELLATION REQUEST THROUGH EMAIL. We are not responsible for any mail lost or transition error.

Orders are processed immediately. Once an order has been processed, your card is charged the full amount. We are unable to cancel or change the order. If we have not physically shipped the order and a cancel order is received, we will not send the order. We will refund the full amount via company check, except for the shipping fee and handling fee. However, if shipped, once you receive the merchandise, you can return it by mail with previous authorization. (see above)

Also once order has been processed, shipping fee & handling fee are not refundable and subject to 25% restocking fee.

You may contact LSI to see if your order has been processed or shipped.
If you receive notification that order has been "shipped", the order cannot be cancelled. This means that the shipper (e.g. UPS, FedEx or U.S. Postal Service) has taken possession of the merchandise. All sales are final.

For Pickup Items at the LSI Factory:
Pickup orders can be canceled at any time prior to actual pickup for in-stock or non-custom orders. Call 1-800-76-WATER (1-800-769-2837) or locals calls 315-336-3599.

Refused Deliveries:
Refused deliveries will be charged a 25% restocking fee plus freight charges both ways.
