How to Order
Throughout our Website, whenever you see a product you'd like to purchase, simply click "Submit" or "BUY", and the item will be added to your Shopping Cart.

Once you've clicked "Submit" or "BUY" on an item:
1. Your Shopping Cart will be displayed. From your Shopping Cart, you can continue shopping or check out.
2. Once you choose to Check Out, you'll provide your billing and shipping information
3. You'll provide your credit card information to complete your secure transaction.
4. You'll have a chance to review your total order, including any tax and shipping costs. Once you have filled in the fields, you may click "Recalculate after Making Changes". This adds in the shipping cost and taxes for you to view before you buy, if any appy. If you're satisfied, click "Buy Now".
5. You will then see an Order Confirmation screen - "Smart Receipt" which indicates we've received your order. Your order number is on this receipt.
6. Our merchant account people will send you an email confirmation within 24 hours to let you know your order has been processed/shipped. This email is your receipt and will include your order number, verification of the items purchased and your shipping and delivery information.

Payment Options
1. You can purchase online (wholly-water.com or whollywater.com) via secure server using your MasterCard, VISA, American Express, or Discover credit card.
2. You may mail your order along with money order, certified check, or personal check to: Life Streams International Mfg. Co., 5203 Moore Road, Westmoreland, NY 13490 USA.
3. Call us for check processing or credit card over the phone: 1-800-76-WATER (1-800-769-2837). Checks may be subject to clearance with bank before order is sent.

6. We will do COD with money order or certified check.
7. Electronic funds transfer, all bank fees must be prepaid by purchaser.

10. How to contact us

Purchase Orders:
If submitting orders via formal purchase order, LSI will not be obligated by any terms, conditions, stipulations, or prices contained on the purchase order. All orders are subject to LSI standard terms and conditions of sale.

Special Orders:
Special orders for non-stock or specialty items must be in writing and include all necessary information including, but not limited to, manufacturer's name and part number. All non-stock special order sales are final and cannot be returned. Special orders may take 3 to 6 weeks for delivery depending upon manufacturer and specific item.

Taxes:
We are required by law to collect all taxes for New York State residents.

We do not collect or calculate tariffs, duties and/or VAT which may be charged to customers outside of the United States. If you live outside of the United States and wish to know what amounts you will be charged in the way of tariffs, duties, and/or VAT, we recommend that you contact your local authorities to ask for this information.

Credit Terms:
All applicants for a credit account must first have a satisfactory history with LSI before they may purchase an order on credit. LSI reserves the right to make final judgment on all credit accounts. Payment for purchases made on a credit are 30 days from the date of the invoice and 1.75% of total invoice amount per month late fee unless otherwise agreed to by LSI. All merchandise sold by LSI shall remain the sole property of LSI until such time that payment in full for such merchandise is received.
Chargebacks: Any unauthorized credit card chargebacks will be billed for the amount billed to us for that chargeback.

Order Acceptance:
LSI has the right to refuse any order.

To Change Your Order Information: Once order has been placed, it is impossible to change any contents of the orders. However, in order to provide high quality of service, Life Streams International Mfg. Co. might be able to change some information, if you call us at 1-800-76-WATER, before it has been prepared. Credit Card information CANNOT BE CHANGED ONCE ORDER HAS BEEN SUBMITTED.
